What if the investor has passed away?
A significant percentage of lost assets relate to investors who have died, and their investments have never been administered or distributed to their beneficiaries.
Our teams are trained to help Executors or family members to recover their unclaimed entitlements and where necessary provide assistance with the relevant documentation.
Claims for deceased Estates fall into two categories:
- Where a Grant of Probate / Letters of Administration have been extracted for an Estate the Executors/Administrator will need to sign the claim form.
- If the above mentioned documents have not been extracted, a claim can still be made by an official listed in a valid Will, or in the absence of this document by the closest Next of Kin.
